传习规则 Terms of Service

MoroBeat 提供线上非洲鼓教学课程、线下沉浸式音乐营、以及文化专栏内容。线上课程以视频流形式呈现，不对具体学习成果做任何量化承诺。音乐营活动受天气、场地等不可抗力因素影响，MoroBeat 保留调整日程与内容的权利。

MoroBeat provides online Djembe courses, offline immersive camps, and cultural newsletter content. Online courses are delivered as streaming video; no specific learning outcomes are guaranteed. Camp schedules may be adjusted due to weather or force majeure.

MoroBeat 所有课程视频、音频、图谱、文字内容（包括免费提供的入门手册）的知识产权归 MoroBeat Studio 所有。未经书面授权，禁止任何形式的录制、翻录、二次分发或商业使用。西非传统节奏本身属于人类共同文化遗产，但本平台的编排与教学法受版权保护。

All course videos, audio, notation, and written content are the intellectual property of MoroBeat Studio. Unauthorized recording, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited. While traditional West African rhythms belong to humanity's shared heritage, our pedagogical arrangements are copyright-protected.

MoroBeat 社区倡导互相尊重、包容与协作。禁止在任何社区渠道（包括但不限于课程评论、社群讨论、线下活动）中出现骚扰、歧视、仇恨言论或任何形式的攻击性行为。违反者将被无条件终止服务资格，且不予退款。

The MoroBeat community values mutual respect, inclusion, and collaboration. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or any form of aggressive behavior across community channels will result in termination of service without refund.

线上课程：购买后 7 日内且未完成超过 30% 课时者，可申请全额退款。线下音乐营：活动开始前 14 日以上取消可获 80% 退款；7-14 日内取消可获 50% 退款；7 日内取消不予退款，但可将名额转让给他人。退款处理时间为 5-10 个工作日。

Online courses: Full refund within 7 days of purchase if less than 30% of content has been consumed. Offline camps: 80% refund for cancellations 14+ days before event; 50% for 7-14 days; no refund within 7 days, but transfer to another person is permitted. Processing time: 5-10 business days.

非洲鼓演奏涉及重复性的手部击打动作。如您有腕管综合征、关节炎、手部骨折史或其他相关健康问题，请在参与课程前咨询专业医师。线下音乐营包含户外活动，参与者需自行购买相应保险。MoroBeat 不对因个人健康原因造成的损伤承担责任。

Djembe playing involves repetitive hand striking. Consult a physician before participation if you have carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritis, or hand injuries. Offline camps include outdoor activities; participants must secure their own insurance. MoroBeat assumes no liability for injury due to health conditions.

MoroBeat 保留随时修改本条款的权利。重大变更将通过注册邮箱或社区公告通知。修改后继续使用服务即视为接受更新后的条款。

MoroBeat reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via registered email or community announcement. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
